How do I place an order? :
- Select the card and purchase the quantity desired.
- Email us the text in MS Word at info@cindianweddingcard.com
- Text proof will be sent within 2 working days

Can I call with questions before I place an order?
Yes, you can call us during 11am to 11pm .We'll be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

What is the proofing process for invitation wordings?
We will prepare first proof based on invitation wordings sent by you. We will send you proof via email in PDF format for your review. You can use annotation tools in PDF to suggest any changes (or you can send us a Word document with changes). Based on that, we will make necessary changes and send you a new proof. This process will be repeated as required till you finalize the proof. For more than 5 proofs we would charge a nominal fee of $50 for each additional proof.

How do I check the status of my order?
We will keep you updated with emails on the status of your order.

What kind of paper are you invitations made of?
Our invitations are made from various papers including woolly paper (non woven fabric) handmade paper, metallic paper and colorboard. There can be variations in color, texture and shade of the handmade paper.

Can you design custom wedding invitations?
More and more couples are interested in creating a one-of-a-kind, custom designed invitations for their special day. By creating a custom design, you ensure that your invitation suites your personality and your tastes. You also ensure that you will have an invitation unlike any other and that it will speak volumes and leave a lasting impression on its recipients. Plus, it's a process that you are personally involved in. We do design custom invitation cards based on your needs – in fact, we specialize in custom designed wedding cards.

How far in advance should I order my wedding invitations?
We recommend 3 to 6 months in advance. However, it's best to place your order as soon as plans are finalized.

Do the prices include printing?
No, Printing charge will be INR 1500 flat with envelope & all inserts.

How long will my order take?
It varies depending on your selection of design. But generally, it takes 7 to 15 days. Shipping company will take another 4-5 working days for delivery to your doorstep. Nevertheless, we will keep you informed on the status.

Do you carry Wedding Programs, RSVP cards, Thank You Cards, and Place Cards?
Yes we make all these cards. Please check the respective sections on the site. If you have any special requirement that you don’t find on our website, please let us know and we will take care of it.
